Modification "Turn Around" time (the time it takes me to modify and get your TiVo back in the post to you) is generally 48 to 72 hours (2 to 3 days) each TiVo. This is because I fully test all TiVo's I receive for 24 hours both before and after any modifications are made. This is firstly to ensure the TiVo is fit for modification, and then after modification to "soak test" the modification to ensure there are no problems. It is very rare for any issues to show up, however testing is done to ensure the chances of a subsequent return is removed.
Repair "Turn Around" time can vary. If I am simply exchanging the motherboard then there will be a minimum 24 hour test after swapping to ensure there are no problems. If I am repairing your board then of course there is the time factor to track down the fault and carry out the repairs and then a minimum 24 hour test after repair to ensure there are no problems.
As explained in the "disclaimer" section, TiVo is NOT my full time job and only done in my after hours free time as a hobby. I do spend a lot of my free time on modifying/repairing TiVo's, however please respect that if it takes a little longer than you might expect then I apologise for this as life sometimes can get a little cluttered!
