TiVo in Australia is a hobbyist device, not a consumer "off the shelf" item. To that end you are responsible for setting it up and keeping it going, including imaging the hard disk and working out how to connect your internet to the TiVo to allow input configuration and guide data download. There is a support network of volunteers who have set up a website and all you need to know to guide you is on the OzTiVo website in THIS SECTION.
Can I Fully Set Up Your TiVo To Work Here?
Sorry, but I simply do not have time to take delivery of everyone's TiVo simply to software configure them. Quite simply: You buy a TiVo then you are responsible for keeping it happy. As mentioned above please visit the OzTiVo website to help guide you. It's not all that hard and you will have the satisfaction of doing it yourself and more importantly: You will learn something! Remember: You cannot break the TiVo hardware by doing something wrong with the software! The worst thing that could possibly happen is you need to totally start over again and re-image the hard disk. That's all!
