You are also welcome to contact me with any hardware questions or for hardware assistance (that is, all the physical electronic bits that make up a TiVo). Being an electronics technician by trade I have not spent a lot of time with the finer points of the TiVo software.
If you fit the category of someone who has just received their UK or USA Series 1 TiVo and need help with simply loading the OzTiVo software or working out how to connect it up and do the Guided Setup then I am not the person you should be asking. For that and other software related matters please direct them to the OzTiVo website or OzTiVo forums (links on the left sidebar) where there are other people in the TiVo community who can help
If however your problem is because your TiVo (Either a Series 1 or a TiVoHD) has suddenly stopped working or does not seem to be functioning like it should and you are seeking some advice then by all means contact me. I'm happy to provide first point of contact correspondence so long as you are aware that if your problem turns out not to be hardware related then I will direct you to a more appropriate website or person who may be able to assist.
